◆ Brief Introduction
The pendulum welding oscillator is to swing around the center of the circle, Its movement trajectory is arc. Its mainly used for applications the welding seam width is not great.
In order to meet the requirements of welding process for the weld width control; improve the welding efficiency and welding quality of the interlayer and the surface; reduce the welding defects generation, make welding equipments easily handle different thickness of weldments and meet different requirements on weld quality; improve the automation of auto welding equipments and reduce the cost for buyers, Nanjing YUANXIN Automation Technology Co., Ltd. has developed YXAWO-05A series pendulum welding oscillator. The oscillator has a high-quality micro-controller. It drives the swing mechanism by motor to control the welding torch oscillating quickly and accurately. Due to the oscillating speed and amplitude can be adjusted at any time, so it is easy to achieve the requirements of different weld width and oscillating speed; greatly reduce the labor intensity of the welder; ensure the welding quality and improve the welding efficiency.
◆ Main Functions and Features
● Use the speed & position double closed-loop DC-Servo control technology, to ensure oscillating accuracy and speed will not be affected by the load changes.
● Compact structure and reasonable design are conducive to the use of small space.
● Motor over-current and over-voltage dual protection function to protect the motor performance and extend service life.
● Electronic controls oscillating speed, amplitude, center, left/right dwell, to make operations simple and convenient.
● While oscillator stopping, return to the center automatically.
● Wide input power supply voltage range is suitable for using around the world.
